Fatal error log (Registered as the shutdown function) is throwing a resource error and is not in the correct directory #1

The fatal log is not going into the directory that the initial log is set into.

This isn't a security issue, as all logs are meant to be executed and, normally, echo an empty page.

I suspect the uncaught exception log is also affected, but need to test to be sure of that.
