Bring the test database dump up-to-date with the latest changes – especially the inclusion of glamkit-collections in the default installed apps – to speed up unit test runs.
Per fd8b2c7 we should ignore DB migrations for Text plugin `style` field` changes made by downstream projects, presumably including the project template. This changes removes one such DB migration, which referred to another 0003* DB migration which is explicitly ignored by the file at: icekit/plugins/text/migrations/.gitignore
