Adding PCAWG Hartwig pipeline analysis files

• There are 1599 PCAWG donors' files processed by Hartwig pipeline
• Analysis files will be controlled tier
• Add a compressed file PCAWG_Hartwig.icgc.controlled.tar.gz (~11GB) which contains somatic mutation data files grouped by Donor ID and Project ID at: https://dcc.icgc.org/releases/PCAWG/Hartwig

To get these into the release, we need to copy the files to the OICR Isilon storage directory (Instructions: https://wiki.oicr.on.ca/display/icgcargotech/Copying+Files+to+Isilon).

• The files must be named with .controlled prefacing their file extension (e.g. PCAWG_Hartwig.icgc.controlled.tar.gz)
• Request the files by providing a protected (2- authentication) download link (TO ADD)

The following chart must be filled out for all files to be moved.

• Will need to create a new subfolder (Hartwig) at https://dcc.icgc.org/releases/PCAWG
• Source files indicated in path on dcc-proxy column.
• Destination: path on portal column
