First off, check this page for issues: http://ichun.us/morphfix/
Second, check the closed issues to see if you have any related issues. I'll also assume you already saw the "Known issues" column together with the mod download.
Third, if your issue is not on the lists, feel free to make a new issue for them. Please state your versions used, and if requested, be prepared to provide your FML Log.

Anything that's already listed in the first link and invalid will be closed without notice.
