Parallel annotation project: overall policies

• All projects will annotate with the Frames of English R 1.7
  • Where no frame fits, they will indicate the nearest frame and what the difference is
  • Where an FE is needed and doesn’t exist, indicate this in the LU creation frame, and
    give it a name and a definition and mark it as one of the following:
    • missing core FE
    • missing peripheral FE
    • missing extra-thematic FE
  • Where a semantic type is needed but none exists, …
