Weekly Facility Report not showing data #4

The Weekly Facility Reports from MEEDS or iSMS is not showing any data for some reason. Need to troubleshoot the Reports model to fix. Especially in the module aggregateWeeklyReportsAndFacilityCases
which is where the view is getting its data.
