Reason

I m looking to divide one postprocessor by another for a bypass fraction, I m not finding what I should be using for that.

Design

We should really have a python API that can handle input, running and output.
But for now let's just have a parsed postprocessor.

Impact

Life changing for computing the bypass flow in a FHR
