Reason
Currently there is no way to get a mesh to rotate around a given point, or get a mirror reflection of a mesh across a line/plane.
Design
The design isn't set in stone as of writing. We anticipate that some minor modifications could be made to the existing TransformationGenerator to get the rotation around a given point.
A single SymmetryTransformationGenerator might suffice, or not.
Impact
Will add a new class... probably.
