Add predictor solution vector

When using predictors, one might need the predicted value to be used in the equations solved. Currently we can only use current value, old value and older value.

This would be useful for multistep methods and is essential for PCICE scheme.

This will also require the predictor system to be enhanced quite a bit and re-factored into its own system, which would be the first step to do.
