Description of the enhancement or error report

Adaptivity is very costly. I'd like to add an interval parameter to the Adaptivity block.

Rationale for the enhancement or information for reproducing the error

Interval would allow to perform adaptivity only every n steps.

Identified impact

Speed up simulations for quick and dirty runs.
