Chat - add message loading animation

Whilst waiting for delay to show next message a simple (...) or similar could be shown at the bottom to mimic the bot typing. Design guidelines to come from Orli

Notes for QA:
Should show up below messages for (1, 3 or 5 seconds depending on Chat delay setting)
