增加一个选项来支持如下目录书签，

一级目录 页码
	二级目录 页码
		三级目录 页码
    
一级目录   页码
	二级目录 页码
		三级目录 页码

目录的分级是根据缩进（Tab）来确定的，一级目录不用缩进，二级目录行首应该有一个缩进

这样就能支持，比如这样的书签形式，

Annex C (normative) Data transmission functional unit data-parameter definitions	345
	C.1 DID parameter definitions	345
	C.2 scalingByte parameter definitions	351
Annex D (normative) Stored data transmission functional unit data-parameter definitions	361
	D.1 groupOfDTC parameter definition	361
	D.2 DTCStatusMask and statusOfDTC bit definitions	361

当然这个不是必须，最后需要手动调整一下生成的书签，工作量不大。

看作者目前分级好像是根据序号自动处理的，如果能支持Tab来自定义就完美了（同时弄个开关来禁用自动分析目录层级）。多谢作者的无私奉献！
