Create graceful closing of application avoid:

Exception KeyError: KeyError(140674196921712,) in <module 'threading' from '/usr/lib/python2.7/threading.pyc'> ignored

In some instances elasticsearch doesn't stop using sigterm only sigkill.

Use logstash 2.x for deterministic shutdown to avoid data loss.

Fixed in dmon-logstash service. Need to extend to dmon-controller.
