Video won't loop #21

My mp4 doesn't loop. To confirm, I tested the following site and it doesn't loop either.

Similar to this issue I think: WebPlatformForEmbedded/WPEWebKit#394

I did a few more things of note:

Created a bug with webkit.org (hope that's ok)
Bug 187335 - https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=187335
Noticed from the logs (see bug above for output of log), the video is still playing but just the last frame.
