Text in GUI is faded out after upgrade to Qt6 #57

It seems to happen after upgrading GUI to PyQt6. Not sure how to fix this. Maybe someone who is more familiar with Qt6 can help find solution to this.

BTW you can run GUI from the build directory by running ninja bubblejail_test_gui_run. It will automatically recompile if any source file change.

I decided to check recently and the text is not longer poor in contrast?

I guess this was a Qt6 problem?
