Line 94 in 6b858fc

- And the request is for a Patient subject indicated
is missing definition of how a subject is indicated. It can be through a parameter but it can also be through e.g. a scoped JWT. It is unclear from the text how the subject is indicated. The two bullets below do not indicate whether its AND or OR.
