ITI-65 - replace, transform, append, folders req'd for DocRecip-Comprehensive?

Issue In XDS, a Registry shall support replace, transform, append and folders, but these are optional for the Source. In ITI-65, you have specifies warning or error messages for a Doc Recipient that does not support these, but I think those warnings could only be returned by a Doc Recipient w/ no options (ie minimal metadata). A Doc Recipient that supports XDS on FHIR option certainly should not return those errors. I'm not sure about a Recip that only supports the Comprehensive Metadata option
