new watch not charging (?) #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
new watch doesn't charge.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Running mint linux. 

uname -a

I get malformed packet whilst watching the usb handshake and communications 
with wire shark.

here is the .csv file output from wire shark (i would assume, this is the 
problem?)

The only other solution, is to install windows, or use another computer?.

I made an update to the project, I removed the libusb, adding virtual ttyUSB 
serial support for the very same device.

Let me know if you want to test on your system.
