Side pane

This page summarizes features available in the side pane of the main window:

Search tools:

The top section of the side pane provides tools to search for variables:

1. Switch between searching all YoVariables, all YoVariableRegistrys, and variables within a registry:

2. Search entry field.
3. Search result.
4. The target of the current search. Switch the target to search for the desired YoComposites:

YoEntry

The bottom section of the side pane allows for saving variables under categories:

Variables can be added by dragging and dropping from the search area to a YoEntry tab.

Each tab comes with the following context menu:

1. Add before: Adds a new tab right before the active tab.
2. Add after: Adds a new tab right after the active tab.
3. Remove: Clears and removes the active tab.
4. Remove all: Clears and removes all the tabs.
5. Export active tab...: Saves the active tab to a *.scs2.yoEntry file.
6. Export all tabs...: Saves all the tabs to a *.scs2.yoEntry file.
7. Import tab(s)...: Loads tab(s) from a *.scs2.yoEntry.
