Congratulations to you for the publications in Nature Medicine!
Your articles are all focused on clinically important diseases that are binary phenotypes in nature. Could this framework be applied to continuous outcomes such as blood pressure?

Could I get the mean difference between the alternative and the reference group by changing equation (2) and the corresponding equation (4)?
