Rebuilding cities1000.sqlite with the latest available population data — using Python instead of PERL if that's preferred?

• (A) "size" erroneous in map-catalog.json (B) NEW OSM dataset from Oct/Nov 2020 (C) Prep for future datasets incl Satellite Photos #3077 (comment)

(Joel Steres had always wanted to add Oceans, Rivers, Mountains, Deserts, National Parks etc — as well as countries/states/provinces — but possibly searching for these is too ambitious ?)
