tested on clean install off buster on rpi-desktop, with dnsmasq
disabled/masked. After reboot, ping yahoo.com failed,but the tun0 adapter
was present.

Creeping feature

Not Smoke-tested in clean install -- but changed in default vars, runrole, change handle, restart openvpn
