Clarif: PHP 8.3 will be released 2023-11-23, and will very likely be a part of Ubuntu 24.04 LTS daily builds shortly after that (and associated OS's like Linux Mint 22, later in 2024). |

I don't know if Moodle 4.4 (expected in April 2024) will be LTS or not. Hopefully that'll be announced very soon in coming weeks, in places like: |
