Use Wayland compositor's ~/.config/wayfire.ini [autostart] to show pop-ups & browser on boot (for Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm)

For 2+ months since Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm was released, pop-up warnings (for published password and/or the need to run iiab-network) have not been appearing, and likewise browser auto-launching also has not been working.

This PR fixes all above, and refactors to clean up.

Tested on 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm on RPi 4.
