Determine function determining max probability function for CTQW. Probably needs to determine interval in which the maximum exists, then make bisection.

Implemented using Optim. First max probability will be interesting to implement, need to find local maxima.

Further changes implemented, still problem with optimizing (choosing best expected runtime is not a good choice without corrections)
