To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch the Image Analysis Desktop from EMBL Jupyter Hub
  2. $ ilastik

Error message/traceback

ilastik is not available for other Desktops.

Hey @qin-yu, while I could never reproduce this, the image has been rebuilt - it could be worth trying again!

@k-dominik It's the same error. I don't think anything in my .bashrc changes ilastik related things tho. 2 days ago they ran out of resources so I had no node to launch Jupyter Hub desktop. But today I just tested it, it's the same error.

looks like there were some packages in ~/.local/lib/python3.9 that were shadowing the conda ones (and also incompatible). We should try to avoid this somehow :)
