Bleed Rate Capacity

A hidden capacity called BleedRate has been added to all pawns. This capacity acts as a multiplier to their toal bleed rate. It has a minimum value of 0.1 and a default of 1.

This allows for the creation of anticoagulants, as might be used in a creature's venom (see Hediffs_TestingVenom.xml), or in the creation of drugs that reduce the rate at which pawns bleed out.

Be careful not to raise the Bleed Rate of pawns too high, as even a Bleed Rate of 3 can make a challenging recovery practically impossible.
