What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the options dialog.
2. Click on any of its controls.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The control should react to the click. Instead, nothing happens except that
the mouse pointer changes from an Ibeam to an arrow.

Fixed in r89 on branches/0.3. The problem was that the main window captured the
mouse
before popping up the context menu, so the first click, or more precisely the
release, would be needed to release it.
