Pin entry with entry id #2

Currently, when an entry renamed, Pin directing the entry doesn't change it's path automatically.
It can be fixed by keeping entry id for a pin instead of it's path.

Also It knows whether an entry deleted, when no row with the entry id exists in entries table.
