Could you include an example of how to upgrade an ImageResizer project that use SqlReader?

Do you know when you would be able to add a SqlReader example so I could upgrade from ImageResizer to ImageFlow? Thanks

There's CustomBlobService.cs - It's not specific to SQL, but we made the API very simple.
