use fab3 in case of virtualenv

hi, since asyncio is probably run using python3, there is no fab to use in a virtualenv that works excepts for this fork:
https://github.com/mathiasertl/fabric/

it should be added to the readme so others can install from a virtualenv
this would add fabric3 as a pip requirement
