The time of the screenshot uploaded using ios immich is incorrect #10829

The bug

The time of the screenshot uploaded using the app is not accurate. only screenshot.
For example, the screenshot was taken at 09:32, but after uploading it is displayed at 17:32.
But the interesting thing is that the screenshot downloaded on the web side is the right time.

Reproduction steps

1. Time zone changed to +8 (in my area, no other regions tested)
2. Take a screenshot from iPhone and upload it using the app
3. Web check whether the time on the images is the same
4. Download the file from the web page to check whether the time on the images is the same
