"Select album cover" jumps to top of page after setting album cover

The bug

When I view an album and click on "Select album cover" the page jumps back to the top after successfully setting the album cover.

This is inconvenient for larger albums where I like to scroll down and find a nice image to use as cover.

I would like to be able to continue scrolling from the same place where I selected the cover image and keep looking for maybe a nicer one further below.

The OS that Immich Server is running on

Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS (docker-compose)

Reproduction steps

1. View album with more pictures than fit on one screen (URL `/album/<id>`)
2. Scroll down a bit
3. click [⋮] --> [Select album cover] and select random image
4. Page (reloads? and) jumps back up to Album title
