This is mostly a hotfix for INDI API version that was not updated properly to 1.7.0 in the previous release. It also includes fixes to Astrophysics driver in addition to more code cleanup and refactoring.

Several improvements and enhancements are included in this release including native support for Cygwin and MacOS platforms in addition to Linux, BSD, and Windows (Client only).

+ libindi shared library is dropped. libindi now offsers indidriver (shared), indiclient (static), and indiclientqt5 (static) libraries.
