This is just another run of dependency upgrades.
Still dodging webpack 2 in the Electron process. Will be switching to fusebox shortly to simplify things. I'd like to reorganize the electron app. I've learned a bunch more since making this last year.
Also, I should be upgrading to mobx 3, but been having some troubles with that. I'm sure it's just my ignorance. =)
The majority of these changes are due to the fact that Standard 10 has more rules, so many files were cleaned up.
