Merge the BLE softdevice in the application firmware. It'll be easier for the users to program the whole application.

Warning : check if the Nordic Softdevice licence allows this.

As of 81d629e, CMake files will merge the soft device and the application into a single HEX file if the variable MERGEHEX is specified when running CMake (it should point to the executable mergehex from NRF).

I'm searching information about the licencing and distribution of soft devices.
