If all players end up with a hand of 21 (natural or non-natural), the Dealer's hand is skipped and the match ends, which is against blackjack rules. The dealer has a chance to also hit 21 which would "Push" the players, causing them to have their original bet returned and no additional payout.

Just as a side note, there is no hand that should ever be considered an 'automatic win' as the dealer always has a chance to pull a natural blackjack, which would make all players lose (or push if they also draw a natural blackjack). A natural blackjack would always win against a dealers non-natural 21, however.
