Unique template name

If a proxy chart is created with two dependencies (telegraf-ds and telegraf), helm fails because template name (processors) in _helpers.tpl exists in both charts.

Helm documentation does address this:

Defined templates (templates created inside a {{ define }} directive) are globally accessible. That means that a chart and all of its subcharts will have access to all of the templates created with {{ define }}.

Should this be changed to unique names?
