Move wowsbar into aiku

Create a new type (DIGITAL_AGENCY) of organisation in aiku, move banners engine, and close delete wowsbar repo

@aqordeon said is a bad idea but he os holidays now

I thinking to do this beacuse:

1. Easy code maintenance, both products share a lot of modules, HR, mailshots , users admin, iris/retina = customers in wowsbar
2. Simplify the devops operations

as wowsbar is currently in production, we will not migrate until aiku is in production
