Stuck in this step after running python3 server.py

I hope you are executing the server3.py in cmd with admin rights , also open a new cmd window and run the client3.py there, you will get the output

I'm having the same issue! I tried normal cmd and cmd as admin and both are stuck.

The server is running fine. You have to open a new command prompt then, preferably as an administrator and run the client3.py file. The program will start running afterwards.
