It would be great to have them automatically deleted upon upload.

@akrause Sorry we haven't responded sooner. We're working on getting better. I'm assuming you've moved on by now. I can't reproduce this in our new files so the good news is it's likely fixed. If you find it's still an issue please feel free to reopen the issue.
