Ability to mute comments from bots (all or certain)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. We have a Github + Sonarcloud integration. When we create PRs, the Sonarcloud bot comments on the PR with various status checks;
2. We have a Github + Slack integration. Whenever the PR is created, commented, or reviewed, it sends a message to the right channel to keep people in the loop.

It is currently extremely frustrating that it also posts comments from Sonarcloud.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would love it if we could unsubscribe from comments from certain bots:

/github unsubscribe org/repo comments:sonarcloud

Or at least a solution that will allow disabling comments from all bots:

/github unsubscribe org/repo comments:bots

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is no alternative, unfortunately. Fully disabling comments is the only option, but then it is harder to keep people in sync.

Additional context
There are dozens of people who are waiting for this feature.

I understand the limited capacity that your team might have. I am happy to help and build this for you. Just let me do it! 😄
