It is throwing FileNotFoundError on colon_212.nii.gz.
Can you verify if you have the file colon_212.nii.gz
Try
ls -l /home/zhengsc/Desktop/unet/3D/Task100_Colon/./imagesTr/colon_212.nii.gz
