Fix some i18n-related bugs

Addendum to:

• Fix i18n in HTML Files, Part Two #9025 - Displaying "from You" for all lists, not just own
• Adds follow (pubsub) feature #8607 - This PR uses the readinglog_item strings in the URL, so will need those to be not internationalized:

I'm assuming the fact that the word 'from' is still showing up in English is because the translators haven't translated this in a .po file yet?
