Some programs like pullnews can write logs in a dedicated file, when called with an appropriate option. They should be rotated by scanlogs.

Let's check which programs have that feature, add support for log rotation in scanlogs, and document that log rotation occurs when the standard name is used for the log (i.e. pullnews.log).
