This agreement, granted by INUVEON OÜ, authorizes you (the licensee) to use EventStore SDK (the "Software") within your organization under the following terms:
- Use: Licensee may integrate the Software into proprietary applications that are not distributed to third parties.
- Distribution: Redistribution of the Software, either in source code or binary form, is not allowed under this license.
- Sublicensing: This license does not permit sublicensing of the Software.
- Licensee agrees to contact INUVEON OÜ for pricing information. Specific fees will be determined based on the scope and scale of the license required. Payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement or invoice.
All title and copyrights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software are owned by INUVEON OÜ or its suppliers.
- Modification: Licensee shall not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Compliance with Laws: Licensee agrees to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to the use of the Software.
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
The Software is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, INUVEON OÜ disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
INUVEON OÜ shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this INUVEON OÜ product, even if INUVEON OÜ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
