I am use last version 3.5.1, when i try remove the nice scroll i get "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'onsync' of null".

var $nicescroll = $('.nicescroll').niceScroll();
$('.nicescroll').getNiceScroll().remove();
or
$nicescroll.remove();

I can't replicate, but I found a possible issue.
Fixed for next release.

What is the browser do you use?

Ran into the same thing today in Chrome 28 for OS X. Commenting out line 1621 seems to fix the problem:

self.synched("chromefix",function(){self.win.attr("style",tmp)});
