Overflow tab items are stuck and unable to scroll

Description

When you have too many tabs open at the same time, they overflow to the right side. You are unable to scroll along the x-axis.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a lot of tab
2. Now try to access the last tab

Think to take note

To solve this problem, you also need to make the drag process auto-scroll on the x-axis otherwise you would introduce another bug
