* Updated iocage docs: Added install chapter, organized, fixed. * Added a plugins chapter to the docs. * Applied recommneded changes * Updated the 'iocage get' to include the flags '-s' and -j' * Added section on setting iocage environment variables * Iocage doc updates * Iocage doc updates.

Added -r LATEST to 'iocage fetch' to man page and docs. Also added the vnet.interface property to man page.
