Slider shoud snap to value, raunded by step.

+1 on this one. That would be very useful. I tried capturing the change events and basically forcing the snap myself. Only issue is that when I change the handle position manually (to force it to snap) the mouse loses relation to the handle.

Any thoughts on how you'd go about implementing this?
